不考慮應屆生，希望有一定項目管理工作經驗，如果有汽車行業/MNC背景優先，熟悉office軟件（PPT、EXCEL）

1、Meeting arrangement and calendar management. Systematical approach and transparent communication before, during and after the meeting.
Meeting target and follow-up activities well received by all participants.
2、Create documentation of tasks, feedback with agreed responsible parties within given due date
highlight to the project manager if the tasks are not fulfilled before deadline
3、Project status monitoring for the covered work packages, including project traffic light, task fulfilment, forecasted risks and measures, project budget vs SIV.
4、Consulting toolbox development; Consulting documents update;
