What you will do
This role is responsibility to cover the many locations of our plants which will need support in the cost and inventory.
A larger number of employees is currently located based on the various countries to deal with cost and inventory activities and now we are looking for Inventory COE Sr.Manager/Manager to do transition to Dalian to centralized and unified management. As a leader in the division, you will take full responsibility to drive the transition activities smoothly within the area of responsibility, ensuring that the financial practices are in line with accounting policies. To execute the operations of the cost and inventory of plants daily so that operational excellence and customer service objectives are realized within the given guidelines and policies.
How you will do it
Own and ensure the whole transition process of cost and inventory smoothly consistent with polices.
Manage operation process of cost and inventory better and excellent.
Partner with business and establish a good relationship.
Establish and continuously improve cost and inventory process, provide value added guidance to teams from your past excellent experience.
Support strategic projects and initiatives.
What we look for
Bachelor and above degree with accounting / finance major
Over 3 years of experience, leading large accounting, and finance teams with inventory
Experience working in both a large manufacturing and BPO/SSC company
A successful background and career in cost and inventory
Certified CPA, ACCA or other equivalents is plus
Ability to drive team performance through transition and operation
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
Excellent communication, organizational and strategic planning skill
Quick learner with strong motivations in driving results for the company
